The condo is completely equipped with beach toys, wireless internet and more so you can enjoy your stay! And the best part is the community owns the private beach in front of the complex so come on and enjoy the fun! All HOA Rules apply (no RVs, no boats and no commercial vehicles permitted. Washer and Dryer are located on 2nd floor of building.) The space We provide a clean, newly appointed and safe location for your family or guests to create those special memories. Our arrival and check-in is completely contact-free. There are no elevators in this three-story complex so there are approximately 7 steps up to floor 1. We provide two parking passes, starter laundry detergent, starter dishwashing detergent and hand sanitizer. No Motorcycles, watercraft or trailers per HOA rules. Entry: Keypad on the interior door (you must first open the storm door and then enter your unique code on the keypad. Convenience Features: Ring Doorbell on the exterior of the condo; Condo is equipped with a NEST learning thermostat which you may adjust. Please note that if the slider doors or front door is open for an extended period of time then the thermostat will turn OFF to reduce stress on the HVAC equipment. It will cycle back on once all doors are closed. All bathrooms and sinks are equipped with Govee water leak detectors for our piece of mind. These are located on the floors behind the two toilets and underneath each sink. Should the alarm on the unit sound, just press the button if we haven't called you first! WIFI - High-speed wifi internet access throughout the condo provided by Spectrum and it's fast enough for you to stream video on multiple devices. TVs:- 3 flat screen VIZIO TVs in the condo with VIZIO streaming apps. Living room and master bedroom are connected to cable boxes. Ceiling Fans in each bedroom as well as the living room. Kitchen: fully stocked with anything you could potentially need for your vacation. We have a blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, cookie sheets, pizza wheel and the list goes on...... Master Bedroom ensuite: features a queen bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV and balcony access through the slider door. The bathroom has been redone with a walk-in shower. There is a large closet in the hallway after you enter the master bedroom. That closet will have enough room for your luggage. You will find a laundry basket, some hangers and an ironing board in that closet. There is a secondary closet (locked) in the hallway between both bedrooms that is an owner's closet. This closet is for our staff's use only and you won't have access to that closet. Guest Bedroom: features two new twin beds that may be converted into a swing-king configuration upon request in advance of arrival Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room with a foam cushion located in the guest bedroom closet. Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have been recently updated with a new tub in the guest bathroom and a new shower in the master, new toilets, new cabinets, new sinks and ceramic plank tile flooring throughout the condo . Under the sink in each bathroom you will find extra starter toilet paper and a hairdryer. Balcony: Direct oceanfront view to the Atlantic ocean just a couple hundred yards away and quick access to the beach Balcony may be accessed from either the living room or the master bedroom. We have a table and seating for 4 for cocktails, hors d'oeuvre, breakfast or whatever you fancy! Pool / Hot Tubs: There are two pools and two hot tubs in the complex. The pools are located between A/B and C/D buildings and are open mid-March to Mid-November. There is a kiddie pool located between C/D buildings. The hot tubs are open all year long. Beach Access: This is a private beach owned by the HOA and signs are marked as such. You will have full access to the beach and there are five access points across the street. During the summer months there are beach chair and umbrellas available on the beach, if you need additional items. There are also foot showers between each building for you to rinse of these items as well as your feet. Beach Toys: We have beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board and other odds and ends in the front closet. That closet door will actually open out toward you--- we've designed this to make it easy to take things out of the closet and return them to their space. Cleaning and Linens: we launder linens, comforters and towels between each guest as we take hygiene and cleanliness with utmost care. There are extra linens (sheets) and bath towels up to six guests in the guest bedroom closet. We do not provide beach towels. Laundry: While our space does not accommodate a washer or dryer, there are 3 coin-operated washers and dryers on the second floor, mid-point of each building. We recommend bringing quarters if you are planning on doing laundry. Additional Amenities: There is an outdoor grilling area for guest and workout stations along N. Ocean Boulevard. The Myrtle Beach tennis center is within 1.5 miles and there are 8 brand new pickleball courts at Midway Park which is off Business route 17 by the Myrtle Beach International Airport.
