Two queen beds in upstairs bedroom OUTDOOR LIVING: Private balcony w/ seating, accessible from upstairs bedroom. Sunroom, accessible through downstairs bedroom. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, dishwasher, 8-person dining table, coffeemaker, granite countertops, tile backsplash GENERAL: Linens & towels included, complimentary toiletries, in-unit washer/dryer, free WiFi PARKING: Driveway parking (2 vehicles) Other things to note House Rules: -Park only in the driveway. Do not park in the neighbor's property -No guests allowed -No parties or events -Leave all snow equipment and shoes in the front mud room Before Checking Out: -Remove all sheets from the beds and, along with used towels, place them on top of the washer -Take out recycling and trash to the bear box at the front of the property. Leave additional trash that doesn't fix in the bear box in the mud room -Put all dishes in dishwasher and run a cycle before leaving
