Watch ducks, geese, herons & eagles fly by. Take a walk or a scenic jog on Walkers Hook. Perfect spot for Canoeing or Kayaking. 5 min walk to the Fernwood Pier, new and amazing Hen & Hound Brasserie and cafe, the public bus stop to go to Ganges or ferry terminals. Close to St Mary’s lake and many trails. 10 min drive to big Supermarket & Ganges. Close by local farms & bakery stands. ‐----------------------------- The Rosemary & Seashells Hideaway is the perfect little getaway for 2 people; love birds, friends or a small family ( 2 adults & a child 2 yrs old or younger ). It is part of my house where my family and I live, but has its own bathroom, kitchenette and patio. Its small and has a rustic feel to it. My family members and guests usually live in that space but travel often for work and school ; so at the odd times that we don't need it we rent it out to locals and /or visitors when available. It has a king size bed that can also separate into 2 single beds ( please ask as prior arrangement needed with enough notice to change the layout and may not be possible at times), as well as a love seat. There is a small bistro table to eat or to work on your computer. You can also enjoy eating, sitting or sipping your cup of tea on the deck looking at the ocean view. You will have your own enclosed portion of the deck to enjoy. Please note that patio is not covered so likely will not be possible to sit out in rainy/ cold weather. You are welcome to use our bike.
