Welcome to the Newest National Park!! 🌲 We are located in the middle of Fayetteville with walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown; antique shops, local restaurants, bars, cute boutiques, rafting, climbing and bicycle shops, hiking trails, and the Gaines Estate-Wedding Venue. Close to the New River Gorge Bridge (less than a mile) with rafting, hiking, climbing, and beautiful scenery. We have three/four car parking and a great yard for you and your pets! County/primitive charm in every room! No need to rent a cabin away from town! We are located at the intersection of W. Wiseman Avenue and Lively Street. Known as Frog Town by the locals. The area used to flood in the past & the area was nicknamed Frog Town . 🐸 Access to the entire home. Backyard has a privacy fence and pet friendly! Parking area is on the Lively Street side of the home. If you need additional parking, park on the chain link fence side of the home. Parking is not allowed in front of the home on Wiseman Avenue. Enter through the back/side gate and access into the home is through the back door. A code will be provided the day of check in. If you have any issues, we can provide immediate assistance. Otherwise, we won’t disrupt your stay! I am not always in the area, but our Daughter lives in the garage apartment next door. If you need immediate assistance, please call 304-54one-1464. Walking distance to: Local restaurants, bars, boutiques, antiques, beautiful scenery. Easy to walk to everything in town. 3 to 4 vehicles can park at the home. We love animals and will make every possible way for you to bring your pet on your vacation! We had to add a small pet fee because we had several guests that did not clean up after their pets. If you need a pet walker, sitter or boarder during your stay, please let use know. The back sun room is a great place for pets to stay while you are out. If you don't let us know about pets, a $200 cleaning fee will be added for extra cleaning.
