This is my personal home so you have lots of extras. The space The large master suite is comfortable and access the ocean front balcony. We've included beach towels,chairs, games, toys, umbrellas, sunscreen and more so you can hit the beach immediately. Ask about our concierge service so your party supplies, groceries, wine and more are here when you arrive. This exclusive building requires a 2-week advance booking to allow for management to prepare for your stay. Parking is limited to one car per party. There may be room for two but we cannot guarantee. We start you out with paper goods, laundry detergent, soap, coffee, and basic cooking needs. Guests must agree to follow the building rules to ensure relaxing enjoyment for all. Guest access You'll have freedom to roam the unit, though a few areas are locked to secure the owner's personal items. This is our personal home—not a bland rental—everything here was selected with care. We hope you love it and care for it as much as we do. However, due to children pulling blinds off the ceiling, coloring on walls and furniture, and breaking ceiling fans with hockey sticks, we can no longer accommodate children. Because we do not charge a cleaning fee we ask guests to put the unit back the way they found it. Take out trash, load and run the dishwasher, wash your towels and sheets. This is how vacation rentals used to be to keep costs down. :) Other things to note There is a limit of two cars per party. However, only one parking spot is guaranteed. Trailers are never allowed. We will do our best to notify you ahead of time if you are visiting during a peak period and you will only have one spot. Also, parking is outdoor deck parking. If you’d like to park in the garage there is an additional $200 or more charge depending on your stay. I only request that fee because that is what it cost me to park my car at the airport when I leave. The HOA requires a separate $750 damage deposit paid seperately. You must submit a photo ID for each person 16 or over. This luxury property requires a short-term lease, also an HOA requirement. This home is not set up for children. This is a residential building, not a hotel. As such, we cannot make guarantees regarding all services. While this is a property with well cared-maintained with Million-dollar units, occasionally, like anywhere, something (an elevator, hot tub, WiFi, etc.), will have an issue. We have a handyman on-call, a service contract for the HVAC, 24 hour building management and will always do our best to get things back to 100% ASAP. We are old school AirBnb owners, this is our actual home—we don’t have several units to choose from so we can’t just rehome you. We plan our travel around yours, so last minute reservations are happily considered but not necessarily available. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we have gone back to our original practice of just asking you to take out your trash and recycling, washing your sheets and towels, loading and turning on the dishwasher, and wiping down counters before you go. We will do a cleaning but this makes it affordable for everyone. The Airbnb craze took our house cleaning from $100 to $400 for the same service last year. Thank you for your cooperation.
