Welcome to your top floor studio apartment in a walk up 3rd floor building. Private apartment has direct access roof top deck with views of the Portland Harbor and multiple exterior common seating areas with fire pit and outdoor games. Located in the heart of West End, couple blocks away from vibrant downtown Portland, hospitals and Old Port. Ample free street parking which is truly a bonus for downtown. You will not want to miss this one!. The space Our studio apt is on the 3rd floor walk-up. Much like many buildings in the Westend this building was build in 1860 but was fully renovated 4 years ago. The stairs going up to the apt is narrow but manageable. We also make regular upgrades to the space to keep it welcoming. There are stairs to the 3rd floor which are steep but manageable. You can also use the exterior stairs to the rooftop deck to get into the apt. You walk into our studio apt which offer very comfortable Queen size memory foam mattress. Smart TV have all the apps loaded for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials including, pots, pans, dish ware, toaster, coffee maker etc. We are committed to providing clean and safe accommodation. We have professional cleaners that deep clean and disinfect the apt and all common areas at every checkout. We have frequently update this building and the unit so that everything is fresh and welcoming. We provide shared laundry facility that is free of charge to our guest. During incremental weather we may remove furniture from roof top for safety of our guests. Please note this space is a home, not a fancy five star resort or luxury spa hotel. We update/refresh the apartment regularly and have it professionally cleaned after each check out. There may be some very small imperfections which are just fair wear and tear to the place as is usually the case with homes that people live in. If you would like to book our apartment please do bear in mind that you are booking a ‘home’ and not a big chain resort/hotel. If you have any questions please let me know.
