Home is close to UB, Hospitals, tons of shopping, restaurants, groceries stores, theaters. Downtown Buffalo 20 min, Niagara Falls 30min. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, it can really entertain! This home is great for couples, business travelers, families, and big groups. Please know that this is the main house for rent. The rear upper apartment will also be listed on airbnb, and will either be empty, occupied by a guest, or occupied by the homeowner. Guest access None of the rooms of the main house will be closed off from guest use. The basement, garage and rear upper apartment will not be available for guest use, without previous arrangements being made. Other things to note The house does NOT have air conditioning, although each bedroom will have a ceiling or window box fan, possibly both. If you plan to host an event, the homeowner can set the table larger to seat more guests. Also, the house only features ONE bathroom.
