The Hoppy Haven

The Hoppy Haven is a cozy one-bedroom guest house with relaxing outdoor spaces. Completely separate from the main house. The space Lovely guest house with open living room, dining room, and kitchen. One bedroom with a queen bed. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee station with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for cooking. There is a grill located on "Twinkle Patio." Glass dining table with 4 chairs. Rolling cart with power to use as your remote workstation. Wifi also reaches outside to the Twinkle Patio for working al fresco. Brand new 4K UHD Smart TV 55 " Toshiba with Amazon Prime, Hulu, HBO Max, and Netflix included. You also have the ability to cast your favorites onto the TV. Amazon Alexa for your listening pleasure and to turn on the Twinkle Patio twinkle lights. Wyze Thermostat to control the heat in the winter. There are standing air conditioning units and oscillating fans to keep you coolish in the summer. Complimentary wifi. Large outside area with many seating areas surrounded by native plants and flowers - a lovely oasis in the city! "Rose Hill" has a lounge area with a propane fire pit, the yard offers benches to watch your dog play, and the patio has a dining table, seating area, and a grill. The front porch of the house is also available and offers mountain views as you relax on the swing or in the rocking chairs. 420 and smoker-friendly in the outdoor spaces. Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee. The yard is not fenced, but has large green spaces and plenty of outdoor seating to allow you to hang with your pup. Leashes are not mandatory while in the yard. A cat box is not provided. Aurora License #: S20102686-0001 Guest access Parking Instructions There is space for one car in the driveway. Please park on the left side of the driveway, closest to the guest house. The driveway is long—many guests find it easier to back in and pull up to the garage. Street Parking: Ample street parking is available if you prefer or need additional space. Oversized Vehicles: If you're driving an oversized vehicle (e.g., Camper Van, U-Haul, large truck, SUV, or pulling a trailer), don't hesitate to get in touch with us in advance for parking guidance. ⚠️ Important: The clearance under our tree, house awning, and an electrical line is approximately 10 feet. Please don't pull into the driveway with an oversized vehicle until you have walked the space and feel confident your vehicle has the clearance it needs.
