Clean & comfortable affordable stay! Pillow-top Queen bed/antimicrobial spa pillows! Complimentary bottled water upon arrival. Private bedroom with generous space & varied ample seating. Full private bathroom immediately adjacent to bedroom! Perfect for temporary per diem workers or for guests that simply desire a safe, clean, and convenient location. Relax at end of day in executive leather chair/ottoman, or take a stroll via walk or bicycle along Ocean Drive that is merely 2 blocks away! The space Guests enjoy views of orange trees and blossoms from their bedroom window while ample floral blooms & banana palms border the west side fencing. Quite fragrant in spring and summer. Ocean Drive is merely two blocks from property and is easily accessible via walking. The room is simple, no frills, yet clean and spacious with varied ample seating for dining and/or work station functions. Perfect space for guests that desire a safe and clean room. Abundant amenities, e.g. shampoo, bar & liquid soap, etc are provided for your convenience, along with courtesy disinfectant wipes and face mask if desired. Guest access Property sits on bus line; Uber & taxi's are readily available. If simply perusing the neighborhood, sidewalks & walking trails are abundant in the neighborhood, inclusive of Gulf access approximately 2 blocks away, in full view from property. Grocery stores, pharmacies, & fast food restaurants are approximately 2 miles away. Starbucks less than 1 mile! During your stay Guests may reach me easily via text and/or through AirBnB app. Other things to note Last minute check-ins accepted! If you will be accompanied by a guest, please advise and note the 10.00 extra per night guest fee. If needed, the room can accommodate 2-4 , however there is only one queen bed. An air mattress can be rented separately upon request. If you desire to bring your pet, please advise prior to your reservation so that I can make certain accommodations can be implemented. In lieu of a pet deposit, I simply charge the 10.00 additional guest fee, therefore make certain you add an additional guest "per pet" upon making/confirming your reservation. 1) Iron available upon request. 2) Hair dryer available upon request. 3) Washer/dryer/detergent*: $10.00 first load, $5.00 2nd load, etc. thereafter, paid directly to host. *IF stay is a week or longer, one free load, per each week's stay. 4) Paper plates, plasticware, napkins readily available. If you would like dinnerware place settings during your stay, kindly advise in advance. 5) No smoking, vaping, or use of incense allowed in room. Smoking allowed outside. 6) Please keep bedroom door closed when you leave your room. 7) Upon checkout, simply leave key on table, and leave bedroom door wide open so that I know it's alright to enter/clean for next guest. 8) IMPORTANT: IF you need to vacate earlier than your scheduled check-out date, please text message me via the listed profile contact number and/or ABnB app. 9) IF you have forgotten an amenity not available in the courtesy basket, simply advise, and I will try to locate the item for you.
