Sleeps the entire family! Log cabin on 2 acres on the river. Entire walk-out basement is set up for kids. Beautiful view of the Nottely River. Close to great restaurants, antiquing, waterfalls, wineries, shopping, horseback riding, ziplines. etc. Only 25 minutes to Blue Ridge Georgia. Fur babies (pets) may be accepted but on a case by case basis. The space You will not want to leave this rustic but modern cabin, located off highway 60 just outside Murphy NC. This 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cabin is on the Nottely River and is visible from the large open porch and sprawling back yard. Walk through of cabin: Main floor: The main floor of the cabin has a wonderful open floor plan with high exposed beam ceilings, french doors and expansive windows. This area includes the kitchen, with an eat in dining area and the family room. The kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a crock pot, microwave, electric stove, a Kuerig, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, etc. etc. Snuggle on the large sectional sofa full of soft blankets and pillows and turn on the gas fireplace to stay warm. The family room includes a large t.v., a dvd player and NETFLIX. There are also maps, games and puzzles for family fun. Walk through the french doors of the family room to the back porch which spans the entire length of the home - for views of the Nottely River. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch to drink your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine from a local winery. Also on the first floor are 2 bedrooms, both with full size beds, closets, dressers and ceiling fans. Outside the bedrooms is also a large pantry, a linen closet and a full bath. The linen closet is stocked with new towels and sheets. The full bath has an extra large, glass-door, walk- in shower and a handicap bar near the toilet. Upstairs: Is one large open loft area with a queen size bed, a ceiling fan, a dresser and an armoire for storage. There is also full bath with a bathtub. Downstairs: The basement has two full size bunk beds -which allow for sleeping 8 more people. There is also a separate living room area with a couch and chairs and 1/2 bath. The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer. Two sets of French doors open to the huge backyard and gives access to river. The home also includes a small front porch/mud room, games, puzzles, wifi, dvd player, tv, NETFLIX. The owner has gathered info on local dining and attractions. There is plenty of parking and a designated fire pit area in yard. Guest access Guests have access to the home but not the garage. Other things to note The internet is spotty at best. Cell service: some cell providers don’t work at the cabin. We hope the service options improve in the future but is is what it is for now. No access to the garage. Pets may be considered on a case by case basis No smoking in the home or on the property. Please stay clear of solar panels. Edges are sharp!
