This is a cozy, lovely, 4 bedroom 2 bath home, with central a/c unit, located in a quiet subdivision; *22 miles from ATL Airport; *15.7 mi from Downtown ATL; 5.5 miles from Stonecrest Mall, and approx 8 miles from Stone Mountain Park. Shopping is just minutes away. This home is great for family getaway and outings to the surrounding activities at Stone Mountain and surrounding cities. Hosts does not allow parties. The space Enjoy this restful accommodation, featuring driveway parking, front porch seats, back patio w/seating. Our property is good for personal and business travelers. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils including a coffee maker (no Keurig), and a (Convection oven/airfryer/toaster), Living room is a open Floor plan with beautiful vaulted ceiling. Smart security system, w/ smart lock plus cameras around the outside of the house. The home is equipped with a heating and a/c ecosystem which monitors the air quality in the home. Self check in. Wifi and Roku tv's. Fresh Linen is provided. Extra sheet sets only for stays of 7 days or more. This is for those wanting a family home experience and not a hotel. This is strictly a No Parties/Non-Smoking property. *Security deposit is reqired. Guest access Guest have the house to the themselves. *Guest does not have access to the garage, locked desk drawers in the kitchen , and 3 locked cupboard doors in the hallway. This home has ample storage available. Other things to note THIS IS STRICTLY A NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. Please Note: Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed and approved in writing, and additional fees paid in advance if applicable. Additional security deposit required for every booking per House Rules; booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor rules. Unpaid deposit means no entry. - For everyone's safety we ask that you please keep the doors locked while in the home, and when everyone leaves to go out. - *Please do not open the windows with the heating and air conditioning on. That drives our electricity bill up. This is a newly installed smart heating and a/c system that offers: FILTRATION, VENTILATION, PURIFICATION, & HUMIDITY CONTROL. We also receive notification of system performance, windows left open etc. - The garage is not accessible to guest (See listing description). Host or authorized person may need to enter the garage which is attached to the home to get tools etc, in order to maintain the grounds of the property according to the county/ community's rules and regulations (cleaning up leaves, moving grass), placing the large trash can out to the curbside before trash pickup (except guest is willing to do so) which is currently on Mondays, except on holidays when it's changed. The county's trash pick up rules states that trash cans must be placed for pickup before 7 a.m. on pickup day, but not before 6 p.m. the day prior. They must be removed from the curb by the end of pickup day. *Host will message guest when someone is going on the premises to access the garage, clean-up yard etc. Host will not enter the living space of guest without guests permission except in emergency cases during guest legal stay. If guest has a complaint about the property, guest is authorizing us to enter the property and mitigate the problem. If no problems are brought to our attention within an hour after check in, or after discovery, the space is determined suitable for the entire stay. If you wait until the day of check-out no refund will be issued.
