This gem is also about 20 minutes to some of the world's best beaches. Los Angeles and San Diego are close enough for day trip. Designed with dual Master Suites with ensuite bathrooms, the layout is ideal for small families and groups traveling together. Large, open Living and Dining room areas provide comfort and space to spread out. Better than cramped hotel rooms! "Rest" assured that our bedding arrangement includes comfortable mattresses with luxurious linens: 1 Cal-King bed 2 Queen size beds Bunk beds with Full on the bottom and Twin on top. Reservation is not confirmed until Reservation Agreement and Addendum is completed, reviewed and approved. Quiet Hours are between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. Guests may not be outside in the pool, spa, BBQ, front or rear yards or game room between these hours. Loud music or noise is not allowed outside at any time, and not allowed inside during quiet hours inside. Violation of this rule will result in a $2500 fine and possible citation and immediate eviction of the home. No refund of rent or fees will be given. Maximum occupancy is 10. Maximum of 6 adults. No additional people (of any age) are allowed at the house at any time for any reason or for any period of time. Violation of this rule will result in an automatic $500 fine and immediate eviction of the home with no refund of rent or fees. NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home or outside at any time. NO PETS Pool/Spa Heating is $40 per day. Minimum age is 25 Although parking is free, there is room to park two cars in the driveway. the garage is used as a game room and is not available for parking. Street parking is strictly prohibited according to City of Anaheim rules and is not allowed at any time, for any reason. The only available parking is in the driveway which fits 2 standard cars. We reserve the right to decline requests leaving a 2 night gap in the calendar. We reserve the right to require a 2-3 night between reservations. 5-7 night minimum stay during Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year Holiday season, and other peak periods.
