Unit has private hot tub, nice mountain lodge decor with gas fireplace, carport, wi/fi. Convenient access to slopes in winter, lake and hiking in summer. Brand new kitchen just finished with granite counters, beautiful views, new cabinets, appliances. Two baths just renovated. The space Many places in Tahoe have outside stair entrances which are often covered in snow. Pull right into the covered carport here and enter our home from the carport. Stairs inside between the levels offer great privacy for large groups. - This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service. - Quiet hours are 9 pm to 8 am - Three (3) car maximum allowed. Parking passes are available and must be displayed on the driver's side dash or a fine of up to $500 may be charged to the car owner. Parking only allowed in designated spaces as shown on map in unit - Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal and gas BBQs are strictly prohibited. - During inclement winter weather either 4 Wheel Drive and Snowtires, or 2 WD and chains are required to access this unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snowstorm - Even though we do not allow pets, I have to post that all dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick-up feces immediately and dispose of in a trash container. - No bachelor, bachelorette, or other loud parties permitted. - Night time occupancy may not exceed 9 and daytime may not exceed 18. Daytime hours are 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. No gatherings are permitted that exceed these numbers. Easy access to everything this wonderful area has to offer . While resting in between activities, enjoy beautiful panoramic view from this hilltop retreat. Our home is on several levels and is not recommended for anyone unable or uncomfortable with stairs. There are several half flights in the house which gives great privacy but would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We do have an exterior camera at the entrance from the carport to monitor the amount of snow in the parking lot and know when to call the snowplow. Due to the ongoing Covid pandemic , possible heavy snow ,and possibility of forest fires, trip insurance is advised for all rentals. Permit VHRP #06-395 Our county has implemented a required written acknowledgement from all renters over the age of 25 that he or she is legally responsible for compliance of all occupants of the VHR with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to the use and occupancy of the VHR, and that should any violation of this chapter occur, fines may be imposed. Also we are required to have a copy of the primary renter's driver's license on file. By making a reservation request, you acknowledge the responsibility for your guests and agree to promptly provide a copy of your driver's license. Owner has the right to terminate the rental agreement if the driver's license is not provided. Guest access Home is well situated and appointed with everything you will need. Private hot tub, all linens, pots, pans, laundry room are all there. Other things to note Our home has a wonderful, unique floorplan that is great for granting privacy to large groups. It is laid out on 4 floors and each floor is a half flight of stairs apart. The living area is on the top, 1/2 flight down is a bedroom and bath and laundry, 1/2 flight down are two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, and 1/2 flight down is entrance to carport and hot tub room, 1/2 flight down from there is a bedroom and bath . We are 1/2 of a duplex which is side by side. Nobody is above or below you. Note, our nightly minimum is 3 nights and longer on holidays. Occasionally, we will have a gap of 2 days and will rent for 2 days then.
