As the second oldest standing house in town (built in 1889), this beautiful Queen Anne style home boasts 19th century charm and character with 1,500 square feet of remodeled living space. Inside the home, you’ll enjoy sweeping ocean views from the living room and 3 of the bedrooms. Abundant windows coupled with new vaulted ceilings create a bright and airy atmosphere on the second floor. Enjoy sunsets in the evening and wake up in the morning to awe-inspiring views! 2 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms; the third bedroom (King) and fourth bedroom (Queen + Twin) share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, making the house ideal for 3 couples or 2 small families. Follow the brick path, marked by palm and bird of paradise trees, to the backyard space where you’ll find a private patio furnished with a dining table and grill. There is a large driveway with one dedicated parking spot (and room for 2 more if you park bumper to bumper) + plentiful safe street parking. Lillie Avenue has sidewalks along its whole length, making walking access to the restaurants, shops and the beach safe and enjoyable. We live in the area and are available if you need us! We love talking to guests about the area. There is also a binder in the unit with many dining, hiking, shopping, and activity recommendations. Our home is located in the charming seaside town of Summerland. Enjoy dining at local cafes and discover the town’s unique shops. Just a 10 minute walk away is Lookout Park, a beachfront oasis with a long wide beach, volleyball court, kids playground, picnic areas and sweeping scenery. Santa Barbara (6 miles), Montecito (3 miles) and Carpinteria (6 miles) are all short drives away. • There is a separate 1 bedroom rental (The Lillie Pad) with a separate entrance, so there may be other travelers present during your stay.
