The space Each unit has what we call the Zilli touch: amazing view, upscale décor (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, or 40 year old flooring). We call this decor “upscale coastal” and it means a palette of cool water colors, beach-inspired wood and tile and high end finishes. Guest access You have access to the entire condo, a shared pool, expansive beach, putting green, shuffleboard, and grilling area.
