We will also send you all the check-in instructions you need two days before your arrival including the access code for keyless access The neighborhood is very close to the Parkway and this location provides easy access to local attractions like The Island and Dollywood, etc. The cabin has easy access for any type of vehicle. 4X4 isn't required to reach Wildwood Retreat and getting to and from our cabin won't get anyone carsick. You will not need to go on any windy mountain roads when coming from the Parkway. There may be construction vehicles or noise in the neighborhood as a new cabin is being built on the street. Traveling by car (your own or rented) is super easy and the cabin has nice, flat paved parking. If you prefer for someone else to do the driving, there are taxis, Uber, and Lyft available in the Pigeon Forge area. There is also a trolley system that runs between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and the trolley stop is about a 7 minutes drive away from the neighborhood. ★ OCUPANCY 10 Person Max. All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed) ★ PRIVATE PARKING: The cabin has easy flat parking with space for 3 cars right beside the cabin. ★ ENTRY: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send you your passcode for your door lock. Check in after 4pm. No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per half-hour. ★ INTERNET/STREAMING TV’S: High Speed Wireless Internet is included in your stay. Streaming smart TVs in living room, back patio and in each bedroom. Bring your own password for all streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, etc... ★ BEDROOMS The bedrooms have hooks on the back of the doors (no closets) and dresser space, except the twin over twin bunk bedroom which has a media cabinet. ★ KITCHEN Fully stocked kitchen. Appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker ★ LAUNDRY Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron ★ AMENITIES Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, trash bags, shampoo and bar soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out. ★ HOT TUB We have a hot tub on our back deck that was just recently installed. The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! ★ GAMES PacMan Arcade Foosball table Board / card games (appropriate for children & families) ★ SECURITY Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance for your safety. Ring cameras turn on with motion and record. There are no indoor cameras. ★ NO PETS allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave. ★ Absolutely No Smoking ★ Absolutely no fires inside or out.
