All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed) ★ PRIVATE PARKING: The cabin has easy flat parking with space for 3 cars right beside the cabin ★ ENTRY: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send you your passcode for your door lock. Check in after 4pm. No late check-out or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per half-hour ★ INTERNET/STREAMING TV’S: High Speed Wireless Internet is included in your stay Streaming smart TVs in living room, back patio and in each bedroom. Streaming Only with Hulu Live TV, which lets you stream live and local sports, news, shows from 75 channels including ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, ESPN, HGTV, TNT, and more. Bring your own passwords for all other apps ★ BEDROOMS There are 4 bedrooms which accommodate up to 8 adults comfortably. The sofa sleeper in living room can sleep two more people. The downstairs features a bedroom with king bed and bathroom with shower. The upstairs floor has a master bedroom with attached private bathroom, a bedroom with twin over twin bunks, a bedroom with full over full bunks and a hall bathroom The bedrooms have hooks on the back of the doors (no closets) and dresser space, except the twin over twin bunk bedroom which has a media cabinet ★ KITCHEN Fully stocked kitchen. Appliances, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, drip/pod Keurig coffee maker ★ LAUNDRY Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron ★ AMENITIES Our cleaning service provides initial start-up supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, trash bags, shampoo and bar soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase some of the items when the initial supply runs out ★TRASH Please place all trash in trash bags and place in bear proof trash container in front of cabin. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick up. An additional trash pickup can be coordinated for an additional $25 fee There are convenience centers for trash drop off. The closest location is 447 Tiger Drive Pigeon Forge, TN which is less than a 10 minute drive. It is open Monday-Saturday from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Please message us if you need a mid-stay trash pickup ★ HOT TUB AND POOL We have a hot tub on our back deck that was just recently installed. The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! The community pool is currently under construction. ★ GAMES PacMan Arcade Foosball table Board / card games (appropriate for children & families) ★ SECURITY Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front entrance for your safety. There are no indoor cameras ★ NO PETS allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $200 and you will be asked to leave ★ Absolutely No Smoking ★ Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires including candles will be charged $100 plus damages ★ We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters
