Bright, clean, cozy, smoke-free apartment that is located in the center of quaint historic Bristol. The location is easily walk-able to all restaurants, cafes, pubs, marina, and shopping, and nearby the annual historic July 4th parade. The town is 20 min. to both Newport and Providence, and an hour from Boston, and Cape Cod. The space The apartment is a two bedroom with one queen and two twins that comfortably accommodates 4 people. It also includes a full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. It is located on the 2nd floor so you must be able to walk up some stairs as it is a converted 2 family, that was an old house at one time. The back yard, patio, and grill is also available for your use and is shared with the 1st floor apartment. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement if needed, and parking in the driveway or on the street. Please know, while we have always been particular with cleaning and cleanliness before the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been paying extra attention to cleaning other items such as door handles, faucets, and making sure everything is sterilized. We will continue to provide the utmost care with making sure everything is washed and upholstery is sanitized as was done prior to the COVID-19 virus outbreak. Other things to note This is a smoke-free building. We kindly ask that any smoking be done outside. Smoking is permitted on the property anywhere but inside the building.
