Bright, clean, cozy, smoke-free apartment that is located in the center of quaint historic Bristol. The location is easily walk-able to all restaurants, cafes, pubs, marina, and shopping, and nearby the annual historic July 4th parade. The town is 20 min. to both Newport and Providence, and an hour from Boston, and Cape Cod. The apartment is a two bedroom with one queen and two twins that comfortably accommodates 4 people. It also includes a full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. It is located on the 2nd floor so you must be able to walk up some stairs as it is a converted 2 family, that was an old house at one time. The back yard, patio, and grill is also available for your use and is shared with the 1st floor apartment. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement if needed, and parking in the driveway or on the street. Please know, while we have always been particular with cleaning and cleanliness before the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been paying extra attention to cleaning other items such as door handles, faucets, and making sure everything is sterilized. We will continue to provide the utmost care with making sure everything is washed and upholstery is sanitized as was done prior to the COVID-19 virus outbreak. We are available for any questions or concerns as we live next door so feel free to let us know if you need anything. We work during the day, but are around in the evening and weekends, or feel free to call us. The neighborhood is a great location in the town center where it is quiet enough from the busy main downtown street, but also located close to the Town Common where there are tennis, basketball, and baseball courts, a playground, carnival (around the week of the 4th), and other events. Everything is walk-able. One street over is a semi-business district where there is a great Italian restaurant or you can walk straight down to the water and enjoy the lovely view with more restaurants, shops, and events all around you. Getting around is fairly easy if you walk, or if you prefer to visit nearby towns, you can either drive to Newport, Warren, Providence, or New Bedford which are anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. Boston and Cape Cod are an hour. The public transit stop is also a short walk away. This is a smoke-free building. We kindly ask that any smoking be done outside.
