Other things to note Snow Flower #140 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the second floor of building IV. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen featuring Alderwood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances while enjoying the company of your friends and family in the open-concept space. The dining table has seating for six with additional seating at the breakfast bar for three. The main suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and has an abundance of natural light through the picture windows overlooking a grove of Aspen trees. The en suite bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination as well as a granite countertop. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds which can be made into a king-sized bed with at least 24 hours advanced notice. The shared bathroom has granite countertops, travertine tile floors, and a shower and bathtub combination with tile surround. A luxurious new sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements. For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, two TVs, wall safe, and hairdryers in both bathrooms. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes. During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms.
