"The Treehouse" - Mt. Lemmon

Looking to stay cozy indoors or explore outdoors? This is a great place for families to do both! Just a few mins away from Summerhaven. Update the first 200’ of driveway has now has concrete! The last 100’ is paved but a little bumpy and steep there is a lower parking area 4x4 or chains may be necessary to drive up the highway in snow conditions. $20 per extra guest per night after 2 guest to make it affordable for smaller groups. *No parties *No fires *No smoke The space Nestled near the top of the Mountain the “Treehouse”get its name as it’s surrounded by massive ponderosa pine trees. This cozy space is perfect for a couple’s getaway or great for the whole family. We have an additional basement apartment as well if you need another bedroom. Just ask if it’s available to rent if interested. The house is newer construction and updated with all the modern amenities you’ll need. Come and unwind in nature and enjoy the views and fresh mountain air. Guest access The entire cabin is available for rent (2bd, 2ba). There is also a separate downstairs basement apartment with private entrance that can be rented in addition if needed. Other things to note *The driveway is steep but recently paved with lower parking available. 4x4 or chains may also be required by the sheriffs at the bottom of Catalina highway in snow conditions. *No cancelations due to inaccessibility issues. *No trash service on the Mt. guests must take all trash* *Potential for noise on warmer afternoons. As the sun hits the roof the metal expands and can make a popping sound. Don´t worry! This is normal.
