Guest access We are located in the Utopia project, a private residency which shares a common outside area, parking lots and infinity pool. Pool lights are turned off at 10:30pm after which there can be no loud music, and quiet time is expected no later than 11pm until 8am. Other things to note Please keep music and noise at a respectful level at all times. No music or loud noise after 10:30 PM as we have neighbours. Our quiet times are 11PM to 8AM. The adventure of your stay will start with the road to El Valle, which due to intense rainfall can become half paved, half pot holes. As described, we are located on a hill - the road has some rough sections and so SUVs or cars with high suspension are recommended. We are happy to recommend local taxi drivers if needed. Our accommodation is equipped with all the modern comforts you'd expect, including air conditioning, ceiling fans and Starlink internet connectivity. However, our air conditionning and refrigerator are reliant on the local infrastructure grid, which means we may occasionally experience power outages beyond our control. Our power backup system is connected to the ceiling fan, internet, lights and all the other electrical amenities, it offers resilience, yet extended outages may impact services being out of our control. We are located in a secluded area and there aren’t any big grocery stores nearby so we recommend bringing what you’ll need during your stay. We have night security on property.
