Ideal for couples or small groups of friends, our cottage promises a modern and inviting retreat at the beach. The first floor boasts an inviting open-concept living area featuring a pull-out queen sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a convenient bathroom. Ascend the stairs to find a cozy king bed and a half bath, complete with blackout curtains ensuring a restful sleep and optimal privacy. Please note that our family's residence is also on the premises, accompanied by two affectionate labs (and occasionally, two loving children). Parking is available for up to two cars, and we extend an invitation to our guests to enjoy access to our saltwater pool.
