Enjoy a beach getaway in a rustic water front beach house. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, with amazing sunset views, the water is at your doorstep. Wake up each morning, have your coffee on the back patio, and spend the day exploring Siesta Key. The house is a 5 minute walk to the public beach access, and located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. This is a great space for a family or a couple looking for a quiet getaway. !THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR A PARTY OR LOUD MUSIC! The space This beach house is a 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house. It is a great spot for a family getaway, and has lots of living space for relaxation and quality time. The master bedroom is located on the main level and has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the lower level and has a queen bed with a bathroom around the corner. The third bedroom is also on the lower level and has a twin bed with a second twin bed that pulls out below it. The third bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. The back patio is the perfect spot for watching the sunset, and the view of the gulf is fantastic. There is a grill underneath the deck, and beach towels are provided for our guests as well. Step outside the back deck and look out to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. A great spot for fishing and snorkeling. The house has older plumbing and the water can drain slowly in some bathrooms, but it is in an amazing location and a great spot for a beach vacation! Other things to note 1) The house is older and has a few quirks. The sinks can drain slowly, but work well. 2) The outdoor shower does not have a door, just a curtain. 2) This is not a party rental. Please respect the quiet hours and our noise policy.
