Fallen Pine Chalet is a retreat located in beautiful North Lake Tahoe in Kingswood Village. Fallen Pine is close to all that Tahoe has to offer.... sun, snow, lake, casinos, golf, hiking, biking and much more. Fallen Pine Chalet is the perfect place for a family getaway, a reunion with friends or for a change of scenery. The space Fallen Pine Chalet is a 1500+ sq ft condo that has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft and an open kitchen/living room area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the bakeware, pots, pans and cooking utensils that you'll need to make a fabulous meal. There is also a coffee pot (but there’s no coffee grinder or coffee), toaster and microwave. The chalet has two decks and the Kingswood Village is a smoke/vape-free property that has a community pool and sport court that can be used during the summer (at the discretion of the HOA). 1st Floor 1 Bedroom with two twin beds 1 Bedroom with Queen bed, Amazon Fire TV and a deck 1 Bathroom with shower and double sinks 2nd Floor Kitchen and Living Room with TV and a deck. 1 Bedroom with Queen bed (Not recommended for young children) 1 Bathroom with shower 3rd Floor/Loft (Not Recommended for young children) If you are a family with young children, please be sure to read the Guest Safety section and do not hesitate to reach out with questions about the space. Guest access You will have access to the entire chalet during your stay. Other things to note Dogs and pets are NOT allowed. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the condo and anywhere on the Kingswood Village property, including, but not limited to the parking area, pool area and sport court. Failure to comply will result in a minimum $500 fine, plus the cost for any damages or citations and you will be evicted without a refund. Upon departure, please remove any food and garbage from the kitchen as well as any personal items. Failure to do so will result a minimum $100 fine.
