Home located in a gated community within the Southeastern portion of the city, at foothills of Cerro Colorado. At only 6 miles from Otay Border and 11 miles from San Ysidro Border. This house have a recovery Room for people with medical needs, could be for people with necesity of a hospital bed after a treament or surgery, this is NOT a hospital is just a house with all the facilities for your after medical treaments an also for your familiy to rest. Need to stay more than 7 days let me know. The space Two floors home with 3 bedrooms: A room in the first floor with a medical bed and a bathroom with toilet/shower handles; also we have a wheelchair and a walker for your service; in the second floor, one bedroom has an indiviual and a queen bed (to share 2 people) and the main room has a queen bed (to share 2 people) and a crib. In case you request it, we have an inflatable mattress. We have air conditioning in summer and heating in winter. Two full bathrooms (hot water). Full laundry room (washer,dryer, iron, iron board). Kitchen with all appliances and everything you need to cook (keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave, air fryer, juicer and a citrus juicer, crock pot, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans). Living and dining room. One parking space (regular size car/no trucks) inside if driveway with a gate. Internet service is provided throughout the house as we have a Wi-Fi signal extender. The home has four Smart televisions, one in each room with DVD Netflix,Disney +, Blu-ray; also we have an audio device in the kitchen-dining room to listen the AM FM radio or your favorite CD. We have a lot of dvds, cd's, movies, books, toys. We have a designed area for work with natural light and night lamp, has USB connection's; also we provide you some office accessories for your service. The whole house is equipped with USB inputs to connect your smarth devices. The home has a smoke detector in the common area in the second floor, and two fire extinguishers for your safety (one for cooking (white) and another for general fire (red)) located in the laundry room near the kitchen. In the city of Tijuana there is sometimes a shortage of water service, which is why we have a 450 liter water reservoir, which guarantees that it will always will have the vital liquid.
