There is artificial grass in the back yard with a patio and chairs. The master bath has a shower; the hall bath has a tub. The laundry facility is located in the hall bath. The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom has a queen bed; the guest room has twin beds. The ROKU TV is in the family room furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, loveseat and recliner. The sofa and loveseat can be additional sleeping space for small children. Guest access The home is just off Powers Dr between Stetson Hills and Woodmen Rd...all major arteries for navigating around town. Grocery, drug stores, restaurants, & fast food are all within minutes of the home. There is a two car driveway (garage has room for only one car) with additional parking on the street. Other things to note PET POLICY: There is a $50 pet fee (two dog maximum, combined weight no more than 50 lbs; NO cats). Pets must stay off sofa & beds.
