Located 10 minutes away from the beach , and a 14 minute drive to the water front we are located on 65 acres of walking trails still located in city limits . This mid century modern home has been fully renovated and offers a private fire pit. The space 60 acres of walking / hiking trails , snowshoeing private fire pit and fully updated home with high end finishes . Other things to note Please note large groups during the summer . We are on a Well system you can not have multiple showers back to back this will cause our well to run drive and not be able to recover and you will not have water for your stay .
