This cozy spot includes a well equipped kitchen ; a lovely living/sunroom area; 1 ½ bathrooms and a full laundry. Sleeping space for up to 6 guests is in two rooms on the upper level and with a new queen size sleeper sofa in the sunken sun/living room area. A large, partially covered deck, fire pit and grill await you. Iron Fish Distillery is only a short walk away. Holly Cabin shares its location with Holly Studio (a separate building that includes a 2 bedroom studio apartment inhabited by respectful renters who have their own, separate outdoor space and parking) . For those who love the northern Michigan outdoors, the Holly Cabin offers easy access to biking, hiking, fishing, skiing, golfing and paddling a kayak or canoe down the beautiful Betsie River. And for beach and boating lovers, Crystal Lake and Lake Michigan provide great public access and sport fishing options just 20 minutes away. Iron Fish Distillery with great cocktails, food and frequent live music is less than 1/4 mile away. Quaint small towns in both Benzie and Manistee counties provide great restaurants, shopping, wine and beer tasting, seasonal events and other amenities to enhance the experience for every age group.
