Excited on guest arrival but calms down in a moment. **He adores guests and attention and will love to meet guests if they wish to, but not mandatory.** **Once guest is settled a pet gate in hallway is used for guest comfort. ** **Grayson needs to be the only dog at my home to ensure a great guest experience.** GUESTROOM: The guest room is specifically set up to host a guest and reflects more of a traditional Bed & Breakfast setting with farmhouse decor. WHAT IS IN ROOM: Mini -Refrigerator Microwave Coffee Maker Coffee K cups Creamer Snacky items on hand. 32" Smart App TV Hangers, guest towels, towel hanger, hamper, hair dryer, full length mirror, chair and tv tray are located in the comfort of the guest room. Black out shades for those that need more darkness while sleeping. Guestroom closet can store a suitcase and hang clothes. Music therapy students have stored good sized instruments while enjoying a night out with their fellow students. (1) BATHROOM: The updated bathroom is shared with the host and is set up to host a guest. Shampoo & conditioner, body wash, towels provided. KITCHEN: **Limited Access. ** Food/freezer storage for those that are carrying large coolers. For most, the mini- refrigerator in guestroom will do. Cooking privileges are not available for overnight guests. For guests staying overnight or two, feel free to Door Dash to the house or choose one of the many local restaurants in town. Cooking privileges are available for guests staying longer than 3 days. LAYOUT OF HOME REVIEW: Host will greet and welcome guest as there is not a private entrance to guestroom. Enter through the living room. Master bedroom and guestroom are separated by 8-foot hallway. The one bathroom is shared with homeowner and is in between the rooms. Shared/common spaces such as living room, conversation room are reflective of a homeowner/host occupied home. The shared areas reflect a working household, walking dog twice a day and real-life errands in a compact space, this home is in motion and reflects a casual pulled together space. LOCAL MARKET & FOOD OPTIONS: Baesler's Market, our small local market is a mile from home, has a wonderful hot food bar and salad bar that is open until 7:30 pm before the market closes at 9pm. Local restaurants Charlie's Pub and Grub, home of the famous tweety burger is within a 10 min walking distance Zonka Irish Pub is a local fav and is in easy driving distance. Breakfast places are Cackleberries and Meadows Cafe. Guest access Host will welcome guest in person and will pass through living room to guestroom. During your stay I welcome getting to know guests, where you live and having fun learning about your travels. I follow your lead as to how much interaction you want from light conversation to knowing that you just need to have quiet time in the room.
