Tiny home in Parkersburg

Stay here in a cute house over the hotel scene and have a private fenced area with a fire pit, cornhole, swing, and more. Perfect for any type of stay, Travelers in the medical field are welcome! Super close to Parkersburg WV and Marietta Ohio hospital. Check in 5pm Check out 10am The space Country setting on a quiet dead-end paved street that is semi-residential and very safe and secure. The Tiny House sits on an old farmland & you can still see the old trailer on top of the hill behind you as well another Tiny beside of you. Very quiet and has great climate control and outdoor seating as well. Enjoy the fire pit, Amish swing, cornhole, and more. Just down the road about 2 minutes away is Scots Ice Cream and down the road a bit more is a great choice of restaurants, malls, cinemas, and more. Just 6 miles from Marietta, Ohio you can go there and enjoy the river and vintage shops and walking. You will enjoy this Tiny & area. **I will provide the split firewood and a lighter, you will need to provide your fire starter. Sometimes guests leave a bag of charcoal or fluid and sometimes they do not. There is a gas station down the road and stores to buy fire starters if needed.** Guest access Park to the right side of the parking pad and enjoy your space. Starlink Wi-fi is there for the smart tv and devices. The road is a paved dead end for walking with limited to low traffic. Enjoy your stay and try some local Eateries or stay and cook at the Tiny and enjoy. Other things to note Just bring your clothes, walk inside experience a different type of living that you are truly enjoy and love. No stress living very comfortable living and if you really want to have a sweet tooth there’s a wonderful local and ice cream shop just down the road. There’s also a Mall, lots of restaurant choices waterways bicycle paths and much more. We are happy to give recommendations to some wonderful local shops and eatery. There’s so much to do in this little area you will love it and it’s very safe!
