Pets welcome leave 20 for my cleaner. **FIRST OFF, THE BED IS IN A LOFT, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STUDY LADDER TO ACCESS THE LOFT & BED** Country setting on a quiet dead-end paved street that is semi-residential and very safe and secure. The Tiny House sits on an old farmland & you can still see the old trailer on top of the hill behind you. Very quiet and has great climate control and outdoor seating as well. Enjoy the fire pit, Amish swing, cornhole, and more. Just down the road about 2 minutes away is Scots Ice Cream and down the road a bit more is a great choice of restaurants, malls, cinemas, and more. Just 6 miles from Marietta, Ohio you can go there and enjoy the river and vintage shops and walking. You will enjoy this Tiny & your stay. *** Your pets are welcome to join you for 20.00. Leave 20.00 at the house for my cleaner as she will need that to clean the hair, so the next guest does not complain. The pet hair does not come off the couch easily and if you do not wish to leave 20.00 for the pet hair, we ask that you do not book the Tiny. *** WATCH YOUR HEAD IN THE LOFT, IT IS A VERY COMFY QUEEN MATTRESS, JUST WATCH YOUR HEAD CLIMBING THE LADDER AND GETTING UP IN THE MORNINGS*** **I will provide the split firewood and a lighter, you will need to provide your fire starter. Sometimes guests leave a bag of charcoal or fluid and sometimes they do not. There is a gas station down the road and stores to buy fire starters if needed.** Park to the right side of the parking pad and enjoy your space. Wi-fi is there for the smart tv. The road is a paved dead end for walking with limited to low traffic. Enjoy your stay and there is a dog park off Rosemar Road at Jackson Park, Hiking trails at Mcdonough Park, restaurants, river activities, and much more. I live 3 miles away and if you need me, I will be here for you otherwise you’ll enjoy your stay and be in a private comfortable setting! The tiny house is located off the main road about a quarter of a mile. It’s in a private setting very very low traffic and it’s nice and in country setting. The tiny house is situated on an old family farm that has been divided into several properties over the years. Behind the tiny up on the hill, you will see the old trailer that the original family lived in originally. You will enjoy the country setting and only a 1 mile from town and the closest store. Very peaceful & quiet and on a dead end paved road. You can walk from end to end, take a very small drive to Scots and get some ice cream or drive another 5 minutes to town and all the shopping and eating you could want. There is a dog park at Jackson park as well & if you need more ideas, I will be glad to assist you. Uber/lift, taxi, buses or bring your own vehicle, bike etc. Just bring your clothes, walk inside experience a different type of living that you are truly enjoy and love. No stress living very comfortable living and if you really want to have a sweet tooth there’s a wonderful local and ice cream shop just down the road. There’s also a Mall, lots of restaurant choices waterways bicycle paths and much more. Bring your dog and go to the local fenced in dog park and let your dog have fun. There’s so much to do in this little area you will love it and it’s very safe! If you want to bring your pet, that is fine, just remember to leave 20.00 for my cleaner in addition to your booking fee.
