The house has an open plan with an extremely large screened porch for enjoying the fresh mountain air or rainy mountain afternoons. The basement is great for days spent indoors with a ping pong table and media room. Trout fishing, neighborhood play ground, Millers Falls, and a lovely dog park add to the neighborhood. *No Parties allowed The proximity to Whitewater Falls, Gorges State Park, and Panthertown Valley is what our families love. Hiking guides and maps for Panthertown Valley (often called the Yosemite of the East) are available at Highland Hiker in Cashiers. For the golfer their are many beautiful public courses in the area. Guest access Trout fishing with a permit gained from the POA at the neighborhood entrance, neighborhood play ground, and dog park.
