A private patio to enjoy the beautiful California weather. The space This cute guesthouse is in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood with plenty of parking. The main house tenants are a nice family. The two units are fairly separate, with the yard separated by a fence around the main house backyard. Guest access You have access to the whole guesthouse, and its patio space. The backyard space is shared with the main house tenant, divided by a fence around the main house. The driveway leading up to the guesthouse is reserved for the main house tenant and you are welcome to park anywhere by the curb. Pet Policy: Up to 2 pets of 60 pounds total. Pet fee: $25 per pet per night, up to a maximum of $200 total pet fee per stay. Please notify us of pets and send pet fee through Airbnb before check-in.
