W/email address, we will send it to sign, will sign it in turn. Thank you! The space The house is very well kept up. We have a lawn person; Lupe, who comes every Friday. It has a huge backyard with giant oak trees and two patios. There is a $150 non- refundable pet fee per pet. We've added a small third bedroom to house the new memory foam QUEEN size sleeper couch and closet and shelf space. It sleeps 6. It is 3 blocks from lovely beaches, 3 blocks to the beautiful Indian River. 7 miles from world-class fishing at Sebastian Inlet. We have a new 300 sq ft screened in porch lanai and new wood-look tile in the entry, living room and kitchen. We have two new BeautyRest mattresses in the Master and Guest rooms with french doors. There are cozy bar stools in the kitchen and a dining room. Ceiling fans assist the air conditioner throughout the house. Guest access We have 4 adult bikes, 3 kid's bikes and a bike trailer to tow kids and gear to the beach. It can be reached in five minutes to avoid parking! We have beach chairs, umbrella, Kid's sand implements. The house is fully stocked with everything that you need.
