This is our main home and it’s very much lived in. We live here most of the time and rent it out on limited occasions. So please be mindful that our drawers are full our belongings. The closets and drawers in the downstairs master and in the babies room are off limits. The garage and barns are locked as well as a few areas in the house. Other than than you are welcome to make yourself at home. The Longhorns are beautiful but they can be dangerous so please view them from a distance. If you aren’t a cat person, please know she’s perfectly fine outside and has ample accommodations in the garage. However if you are a cat person you are welcome to let her in the house. Although if you do please unlock the cat door in the laundry area so she can let herself out to the bathroom and have access to her food. Have a wonderful stay. Other things to note Harteis Farm The Wi-Fi signal can be slightly poor out here on the farm. We have satellite and unfortunately it’s affected by overcast weather or multiple users. If you’re going to get a Lyft/Uber to the airport I’d recommend pre-scheduling rather than off hand. The address sometimes leads people to a cemetery. We do not know why it does this but this information will be useful to have when you Uber/Lyft or order in. Directions from the cemetery: Head southeast on Nolensville Rd. Keep going past Nolensville volunteer fire department about 2.9 miles. You’ll pass on your right Smucker farms, Summerlyn drive, a big Farm with a white fence, Johnson’s collision center, Christ family church. Soon after you’ll see a Black fence with a White House up on the hill. We are that house. Turn right at the white mailbox, then make the first right at the flag pole. If someone is really lost just drop a pin and send it to them. On occasion the dishwasher turns off. You just have to flip a switch on the breaker. The breaker is in the laundry room behind the feather picture. Flip 25-30 off then back on and you should be fine. If you have any trouble give us a call and we’ll walk you through it. The elevator does not go up or down unless both gate and door are closed fully. Kitty is a barn cat but she is welcome inside if you’ll have her. Just make sure her cat door is open near the laundry room. If you aren’t a cat person she is perfectly fine outside and well accommodated. Again please don’t pet the Longhorns. Have a fire OUTSIDE. No indoor fires. There is wood down at the tractor supply or gas station. Upon exiting: Please empty fridge. Start the dishwasher. Put ALL your dirty sheets in the laundry room. Place ALL your garbage in the bins outside the garage. Please leave the house they way it was when you arrived. Thank you.
