Donna and Josh The space Arguably the best location on the mountain! Our condo is at the base of Palisades and faces KT-22. Walk out the door and get on the tram or chair lift or base to base gondola to Alpine. First floor location is truly Ski/In Ski/Out. Drop your skis by the outside window and run in for lunch! We have a custom ski locker inside the condo with boot/glove warmers. No more skis dripping in the entry way! After skiing you can walk to the Village for shopping, entertainment and fine dining. Our unit has a queen bed with a Beautyrest Black mattress and comfy QUEEN sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress, ski closet with boat warmers, barn door and more. Sleep well under 600 thread count duvets over down comforters on both beds. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full size refrigerator, convection oven, four burner stove and dishwasher. We supply a crock pot too. We just added an electric fireplace to make this unit even more cozy. There is high speed wi-fi for up to six devices along with high def TV with Amazon, Hulu, Netflix and Pandora. The condo is so comfortable you might not want to go skiing. We are long time owners at Palisades and take pride in our condo. If you find a cheaper ski/in ski out condo, let us know and we will try to match or beat the rate. We do not charge a resort fee.
