Spacious, cozy & eclectic home in up & coming neighborhood. You will enjoy having plenty of room, a large colorful spacious deck, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer & all the amenities of home. We are only 4.5 miles to Cox Convention Center/Chesapeake Arena & 3.5 miles to Integris Medical. You can get about anywhere in 5-10 min. OCU is accurate w/in 1 mile. Message w/questions regarding children. Pets & parties require extra dep. The space Our home is located in the heart of OKC. You will be just minutes from The Plaza District, Paseo Arts District Downtown, Chesapeake Arena The OKC Zoo, The Fairgrounds, Baptist Hospital, OU medical and The Heart Hospital. We are spitting distance to great shopping, entertainment and the best local eateries. Recently remodeled with an artistic flair. There is plenty of room for you and your guests to stay in this 3 bed 2 living home (the back living room doubles as a 4th bed when needed with air mattress to use as the 4th bed.) Each room offers a new queen size bed with the best bedding for a peaceful nights sleep. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, gas stove, blender, traditional coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, and portable ice maker. We try not to leave perishable food at the house but whatever is there you are welcome to. Full size washer/dryer, outdoor eclectic living with grill and dog run. Hairdryer and all the toiletries you will need (toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, lotion, soap, even emergency razor and toothbrushes) so you can pack light while enjoying the very best of OKC. Guest access We use the garage for storage otherwise the entire home is available for your enjoyment. The home has a combo lock, which is changed after each guests, and will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Other things to note Sleeping Arrangements Our home offers three bedrooms each with a pillow top queen size bed. The off white love seat has a small twin bed inside and there is a air mattress available. This is locked in a closet but can be removed for your use. With the air mattress and sofa sleeper this are five beds. The red sofa in the second living room is great for sleeping. Rooms The home has three traditional bedrooms and the 4th doubles as the second living. This room opens to the patio, has barn doors, and a television. Speaking of bedrooms only two of the three traditional bedrooms are photographed. The third has a bohemian theme and is not photogenic but is often people's favorite and serves as a little surprise. Parking The driveway will hold two cars. Additional parking can be in the street or there is a church parking lot one house over. More Stuff.... We welcome your entire family and friends including pets. A dog run is located in the back as well as a variety of books and games for all ages. While we are not equipped for infants or children you may bring them at your own risk. There are no traditional safety features for children and the home contains many eclectic things. We believe everything you may need will be available for you including the washer and dryer so can pack light and enjoy your time in OKC.
