Here you will find the master retreat with a brand new king bed and private bathroom. The upstairs open floor plan includes a fully stocked kitchen with a well situated island/breakfast bar with 4 stools, and a charming dining area with a large wooden farm table and seating for 8. The kitchen opens up to a living room with a gas stove set in a beautiful river rock base. The main upstairs area leads out to an expansive deck with a dining table, umbrella, bbq, and Adirondack chairs for those that want to enjoy stunning lake views while taking in the crisp Tahoe air. There is a 2 car garage and ample driveway parking for 1-2 additional cars (snow dependent). Entering from the garage will lead you to the downstairs which features 2 queen bedrooms and a shared full bath. Both rooms have brand new, queen beds and high thread count sheets. The larger of the 2 rooms also has a designated workspace if you need some quiet time/privacy for school or work. For parties with additional sleeping needs, there is a twin size day bed with pull out trundle (also twin) in the upstairs living area. Also downstairs is a washer and dryer available for your use, and the entire house has great internet connection for those of you that can’t 100% unplug from the life you left at home!
