Be anywhere in Wichita in minutes due to great highway accessibility. Breakfast not included but pickup grocery can be prearranged prior to and during stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and such for those who love to cook. Simple toiletries/linens/towels provided. TV with Roku on site. The carpet is gently used with some stains. Caretaker lives on site in private quarters on the lower level. Main level is for guest occupancy. You are allowed access to the entire first floor consisting of 3 bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom is dedicated office space. You will have access to the caretaker by simply requesting John's help in person.
