Our County Chalet is located on a 500+ acre working farm which is permanently conserved countryside with the Land Trust for Tennessee. On our estate we have areas which are Certified Wildlife Habit. The 4 bedroom A-frame Chalet is in the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee features beautiful gardens, ponds, 2 gazebos, fire pit , and amazing hillside views overlooking a covered bridge, barns, and pastures of horses. NO parties or events allowed without owners permission. The space Sycamore Springs feels like your world away retreat with private mile long driveway into the 500 plus acre farm. The A-Frame home boasts a rustic country charm but with all of the modern comforts. You will feel like you are in the mountains of east TN but within a hour drive of the capital of Nashville. Enjoy sipping your favorite drink while admiring the amazing rolling hills of middle Tennessee, hiking the numerous trails or building a fire in the fire pit. Guest access We require government issued IDs for all adults over 18 in advance. Number of guests when booking must be under 6, other guest only with advanced permission. NO parties or events allowed without owners permission. You will have the complete privacy afforded by a home on hundreds of acres. However, this is a working farm and you may see the ranchers coming to attend to horses or cows in the fields below. For hiking options on the property please talk to the host for up to date information on where is safe to walk and what areas are currently being used for grazing. Fishing available with permission. Other things to note When you leave Check-out Instructions: 1. Please leave the house the way you found it, returning everything to its original place. This will save valuable time during the cleaning process. 2. Please leave beds unmade and towels in laundry room. 3. Please turn OFF lights and fans. 4. Please shut windows and doors. 5. Please take bagged trash to the bin outsider the the large ben at the horse barn. 6. Run the dishwasher or handwash dirty dishes. I hope you’ve enjoyed your stay at Sycamore Springs.
