The space NEW, Private entrance, Free WIFI, 60" Flat screen TV, Sofa bed that can sleep an extra person if needed, Bathroom with shower, Towels/Toiletries and other home amenities included, Kitchen table perfect for enjoying a bite to eat or locking in to do some work from home. 7 minutes from Silicon Slopes (traverse)/lehi business parks/ tech schools, 7 minutes from UVU 13 From BYU, 17 from Provo airport, less than an hour from ski resorts, lakes, canyons, and downtown Salt Lake City, 13 minutes from Provo center street, Plenty of food, and entertainment nearby! The Studio is ready for you! Guest access You have access to the whole bottom unit during your stay! **There is a upstairs unit that is used for other guests. The 2 car garage is designated for you staying in the basement unit to use.** Other things to note Tv swings out from wall so you can watch a show while snuggled up in bed. The sofa can lay flat to accomodate another guest as needed. All drinks in fridge and coffee are complimentary! Sink disposal switch is under the sink! Led lights in bathroom have switch on the side of the sink. Space heater can be moved and plugged in at any outlet as needed! **Again, just be aware there is a separate upstairs unit that is fully locked off from the rest of the home. It is also rented on air bnb so there may be other guests staying up there during your stay. It is fully locked off from the downstairs though and fully secure. If you have concerns about this let us know and we can let you know if anyone is staying up there during your stay. We have had no issues with renting out both of these units.
