The Homestead at Sugar Water Manor Farm Stay

Located on 115 acres along the Manokin River, the Homestead offers full access to Sugar Water Manor's property, including kayaks, the pool, and opportunities to join the farm crew, collect eggs, or harvest produce. A breakfast treat is delivered daily. From the screened porch, enjoy the best sunset views over the river, gardens, and fields. Unplug during your stay--no WiFi, TV, or smoking on the property. The space Set on 115 acres of farmland and woods along the Manokin River, the Homestead offers the perfect balance of activity and relaxation--do everything, or simply unwind. Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire property, from kayaking and swimming in the pool to joining the farm crew to collect eggs or help with the harvest. Fresh eggs and a breakfast treat are delivered daily. Also called Lodge Two, the Homestead boasts some of the best sunset views from its screened porch. This two-bedroom, one-bath home includes a full kitchen, dining room, and a spacious family on this first floor. Upstairs, you'll find two queen bedrooms and a full bath with a rain head shower. The rooms are simply styled to highlight views of the river, gardens, barns, and fields. During your stay, you'll have full access to the property. This includes our fire pit, perfect for roasting dinner or enjoying the always-available s'mores kits. Wander down to Raccoon Point, gather eggs from the coop, paddle the river, or just relax--it's entirely up to you. The Homestead accommodates four guests, with additional guests welcome upon request. A grill kit, puzzles, and games are also available to make your stay even more enjoyable. Guest access Guests have access to all of the nearly 115 acres of Sugar Water Manor. The owners live on the property in Clifton Manor, a historic home on the Manokin River. Guests may use kayaks, SUP, and other items on property. Other things to note We are a 100% smoke-free property. No Pets We are a working farm with rescue animals. It is not an environment for cutest, most well-behaved pets, but we would love to see their pictures. Breakfast Breakfast is made and given every morning on the farm.
