Enjoy sightseeing along Lake Monroe, eclectic shopping, and dining and relaxing at the many restaurants, pubs, and microbreweries. The space The grounds and gardens offer a pleasant environment to stroll or have a picnic and a popular venue for photographing bridal reveals and engagements. Inside, you'll find a comfortable and tastefully furnished living space. Two large decks afford a bucolic environment to relax, enjoy the natural surroundings, and read or have a glass of wine. In an alcove of the bedroom, there is an office chair and desk suitable for a laptop or a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. That, along with high-speed wired and Wi-Fi network connectivity, provides convenient Internet access for personal use or telecommuting to your workplace. In the living room, there is a Samsung 40" smart TV with over-the-air channels and basic free streaming channels. If you have a compatible streaming account, you can log in with your credentials and enjoy those services. Cable TV is not included. While there are no laundry facilities on the premises, a combination self-service and full-service laundromat (which also provides dry cleaning) is about three blocks away. Other things to note We strive to provide a healthy, allergen-free living environment. We use only biodegradable, non-irritating cleaning products (e.g., Seventh Generation) and no harsh chemicals. We do not permit smoking anywhere on the property - neither in the living space nor on the decks or grounds. Our cleaning charge covers one-time cleaning after your departure to ready the apartment for the next guest. For long-term occupancy, optional cleaning services during your stay may be arranged with our housekeeper for an additional cost.
