Come soak in our Florida sun! The space Welcome, Welcome! Centrally located in the heart of St. Pete Beach our condo truly is beach livin' at its finest. The condo is a large 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom, 850 square feet, fully furnished, and equipped with a full kitchen and counter bar, dining area, spacious living room, private balcony with patio furniture and in-unit washer and dryer. The Kitchen: Full kitchen upgraded with granite countertops and new cabinets, with all of the perks of home - refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishware and silverware and tons of storage and countertop space for cooking and entertaining. Counter-bar with stools make for a great way to feed the kiddos or have a casual meal with your partner. This area also doubles nicely as a workstation for the worker bees staying with us. Dining Area: Large dining table (seats 6) and is situated right off the kitchen and opens up into the living room. A beautiful open space allowing everyone in the kitchen, living room, balcony and dining area to all be together while still having plenty of space. Living Room: Spacious area off the kitchen and dining room with large sliding doors to the balcony with views of the Boca Ciega Bay. A huge lounge chair and ottoman to kick back and relax in, a large sofa and matching side and coffee tables. Flat screen cable TV and DVD player. Balcony: Private balcony with 3rd floor views of the Boca Ciega Bay and beautiful palm trees below. Lounge chairs and patio furniture ready for you to watch the sunrise over the Bay with your morning coffee or relax with a cool drink after a day of soaking in the sun. Bedroom: King-sized bed, cable TV, walk-in closet and plenty of additional wardrobe storage in the dresser. **A Queen-sized luxury blow up mattress is available and an additional roll-away twin sized bed can be requested with the management office if needed** Main Bathroom: Fully upgraded with granite countertops and dual sinks. Plenty of room to freshen up and get ready or relax and unwind after a long day basking in the sun. A large shower and tub stocked with towels, washcloths and body wash. Second Bathroom: Upgraded with granite countertop and perfectly situated off the hallway just before the kitchen and dining room. Wifi: High-speed internet connection throughout the condo and the property. In-unit Washer and Dryer (please bring your own detergent or grab some from one of the local shops within a 2-5 minute walk) Parking: Free parking in an assigned spot in the covered and protected carport provides quick and easy in-and-out access and much needed shade for your vehicle on those hot Florida days. **No Pets and No Parties please**
