The space When you enter the house on the main floor, there is spacious, bright and open living space with a fireplace and stylish furniture shared with an open-concept kitchen and dining room. Also on the main floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a king-sized Tempur-Pedic bed, flat screen TV, and two closets (one walk-in and one standard). The master bathroom includes double sinks, a large jetted tub, and a walk in shower. Bedroom number two is also on the main floor. It is set up with two comfortable twin beds. There is a bathroom next door that has a shower/tub combo. The lower level of the house includes another living room with a flat screen TV and sitting area. The downstairs bathroom includes double sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. There are two bedrooms downstairs. One bedroom includes a queen sized bed and the other has a twin sized bed with a desk area that makes this room work well as an office option if needed. The yard is 1/3 of an acre with mature trees and plenty of wildlife and a small children's playground along with flat grassy areas for kids in the front yard. Access to the back yard requires walking down concrete steps. There is a chicken coop with four wonderful chickens who will gladly supply you with fresh eggs every morning. The owner's sister will stop by and feed/water the chickens twice a week. **There is a backyard hot tub available for multi-month guests if they are willing to maintain the chemicals. Otherwise, the hot tub is not in use.** Other things to note There are stairs inside the house (leading from the main floor to two downstairs bedrooms and the family room) as well as exterior concrete stairs that lead to the back yard.
