The space We purchased this property in December 2020. The property consists of 2 dwelling units - The front house (Holiday House) and the back house (Ice House). Each unit has their own entrance and private outdoor space. We reserve the Ice House for our personal use. Please note that we must cross the yard of the whomever is staying in Holiday House to exit the property, so if this is a deal breaker for you, you may want to find another option for your stay. Other things to note We are 3 blocks to the harbor and a mile to Goat Island. Beaches are <4.5 miles away: In Newport Easton's Beach and the start of Cliff Walk are 2.1 miles, Gooseberry is 3, and Reject's (the public side of Bailey's Beach) is 3.2 miles. Second Beach in Middletown is 4.2 miles. The bus terminal is .5 miles, Water taxis at Perrotti Park are .7 miles, and downtown is about a mile.
