It is one mile from the Charleston Civic Center, Charleston Town Center Mall and is close proximity to all major hospitals in Charleston, WV. The State Capitol Complex, Clay Center, Magic Island and Haddad Park are within walking distance. Across the street in front of the house you will find running and bike tracks. Try the many restaurants nearby! 3553 You will love staying in this spacious nearly 3,200 square foot home! You can sit on the front porch drinking your coffee with a riverfront view or you can kick back in a recliner in the living room and watch the 65” flat screen tv. The kitchen was completely remodeled with high end Jenn-Air double oven and electric stove. Feel free to stay in and use the kitchen to cook the family a great meal or visit one of the many nice restaurants nearby. When you want to rest you can escape to the spacious master bedroom for a nap or grab a needed massage in the massage chair on the third floor. Don’t forget about the newly remodeled bathroom with marble and custom walk in shower. Guests have access to the entire house except the basement and the walk in closet, which will be locked, on the second floor across from the second bedroom. Go for a walk, jog or bike ride along the river on the track right in front of the house, visit the State Capitol Complex and Clay Center, attend an event at the Civic Center, go watch a baseball game at Power Park, take a short stroll downtown to all of the shops, or go gamble at Mardi Gras Casino a short 15 minutes drive away. Majority of downtown Charleston, WV can be accessed by walking or bike ride. The Clay Center, Civic Center and Charleston Town Center Mall all have paid parking lots if you wish to drive.
