Come and enjoy our cozy and cute 2-level condo in the heart of Tahoe Donner- we call it the Sugar Shack! 3 miles from historic downtown Truckee, 4 miles to Donner Lake & easy access to Lake Tahoe & 8 Tahoe ski areas. With a small guest fee, you'll have access to Tahoe Donner amenities, including the golf course and Trout Creek Rec Center (pools, sauna, gym) which are a block away; and Tennis, Equestrian, Bike & Hiking/XC Trails, Ski Hill & Beach Club Marina are a few mins drive away. The space Our cozy Sugar Shack has everything you need! The first floor holds the kitchen, dining area, living area and a half bath. Upstairs you'll find plush carpet leading you to a full bath and two spacious bedrooms with vaulted ceilings. The first bedroom has a queen bed, futon, dressers and closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top), twin bed, dresser and closet. Washer/dryer unit in laundry closet upstairs. All linens provided. We have 1 gig internet so you can work and play from the Sugar Shack! Other things to note Please remove your shoes while inside our house. Parties are not allowed and we ask that you are respectful to our neighbors and Tahoe Donner enforces quiet hours starting at 10pm. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Entire space
