Must be able to go up and down step, Absolutely must be Covid vaccinated, absolutely no other guests and must clean after themselves, must buy their own food except breakfast, absolutely no grilling fish on stove use air fryer or outdoor grill, please turn on vent during all cooking, we have limited freezer space because it is shared so no bulk big items freezer/fridge food storage,no walking with shoes in the house, no dishes left inside the sink , washing clothes 1 x week during the day between 7AM-6 PM so let me know which is your day , please only personal clothing do no washing sneakers or comforters as wash is small size , And We have sleepers at the entrance door .
