Main bedroom has a king-sized bed, two windows, and two closets. Organic cotton sheets and towels; a high-quality Saatva mattress. Second bedroom is an office with desk (Uplift, can be raised to standing), extra monitor, storage closet, and leather club chairs. There is a large TV with Netflix. There is an inflatable single bed in case you are having a guest. Living room has two large comfortable sofas, coffee table, large dining room table with chairs, antique book shelves, and lots of natural light coming in from the large windows that face out to the front garden area of the building. Kitchen includes gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Sodastream, blender and food processor. Kitchen comes fully stocked with all the crockery, cutlery, and cookware needed to make meals at home. Bathroom is shower over bath, lots of natural light, with reliable hot water and excellent shower pressure. Small pets are allowed -- please check with me first. 10-15 min walk to park (Carr Park), 8 min drive to Scholl Canyon Fire Road hike (great for catching a sunset after work), 1 min to major freeways, and across the road from discount grocery store Smart & Final (they stock regular and organic fruit/veg) for last minute cook-at-home dinner plans, and toilet paper emergencies. 5 min drive to Trader Joes or Whole Foods. Long stays, 1 month or longer. High speed internet included. Parking is on the street (usually easy to find) and laundry is at back of the complex ($1.25 to wash, free to dry). Lots of books to read and boardgames to play – a peaceful, comfortable, and tidy place to call home for a month or two!
