Small but cozy single family in Northern Baltimore, located in the very sought after Hampden neighborhood. 5 minute walk to “the Avenue” and 34th Street lights at Xmas. Directly across the street is a Walgreen’s, MOM’s Organic Market, gym, restaurants, UPS Store, etc. A private driveway, manicured back yard w/ hardscape, fire pit and tons of indoor amenities offer a convenient and relaxing stay in this quaint Baltimore hood. Cleaned by COVID-trained professionals after each reservation. The space This cozy home, built in 1880, was built as a home for working families at the operating mills in Woodberry/Hampden back in the day. I have overhauled many aspects of this house, from the siding and insulation, to a backyard renovation, to laying down hardwood floors myself, and a driveway installation. I have been a musician in the Baltimore/DC area for 2 decades and the decor and amenities of the home definitely reflect that. Its a tiny house, but has TONS of character. Guest access You have free reign of ALMOST the entire house, front porch and back deck/patios. The only spaces where guests are asked not to enter (or just do not have access to) are the Furnace Room in the basement, the storage space under the front porch and the garage/shed in the back yard. Other things to note Unfortunately, I no longer can accept pets. You must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property! No third-party bookings... if you are making the reservation, but will not be staying at the property during the dates, then please move on... do not book this house!
