My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space The upstairs suite of the house is totally private with a side/front entrance and a back entrance. It is a large 1 bedroom unit (890 ft2) that includes a living room, dining room, bedroom, and full bathroom. There are also 2 cozy alcoves, one with a day bed, dresser, and chair, and the other with a desk and chair. The upstairs suite was totally renovated in 2015 with raised ceilings with 2 ceiling fans, new carpet, new paint, and a new high efficiency HVAC unit with spray foam insulation. It has a private small deck with table and 2 chairs, and there's a table with chairs and umbrella in the backyard that can be used.
